But they are returning to devastation. The war took more than just their homes; it stole the very centre of their community.
Masjid Al Eido, once a vibrant hub for prayer, learning, and gathering, now stands in ruins. For families who have lost everything, this is a devastating blow. A mosque is far more than bricks and mortar. It is the cornerstone of community life, and its reconstruction is a critical step in healing the wounds of war.
